Preheat oven to gas mark 4.

Chop up the vegetables BUT NOT THE CARROTS.

Now get the pinch of black pepper and put it all-around the fish both sides.

Get a baking tray and put tin foil around it then put olive oil around the tin foil.

Get the fish and wrap it up with the tin foil but keep it in the baking tray.

Put in the oven keeping it on gas mark 4 on the high shelf.

If your cooking it from frozen it will take 30 minutes if your cooking from fresh it will take 15 minutes.

Now get a frying pan and put a table spoon of olive oil and add the chopped vegetables.

When they are done get a tray to put them In the oven put them on the middle shelf.
