  2. Dice up your jalapenos. You want them fairly small. You can also throw whole ones in.
  3. Throw into your roux and mix.
  4. Once mixed in, add your freshly grated cheese. Do not use store bought grated. Yukky stuff that..
  5. Mix it all in till the cheese fully melts. Now you can serve..
