Steamed Broccoli. There are three fast methods to steaming: in a pan, with a steamer, or in a microwave. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer.
