In a bowl, add softened butter, sugar and vanilla essence and mix it well. Then add milk and mix it or beat it well till it gets perfect texture..

Now take maida and baking powder and seive it. Then add this in the butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, cinnamon powder and paprika powder. Then refrigerate for 30 mns by covering it..

Till then, scoop 1 spoon nutella like 5 times and freeze for min 30 mns. Froze it well..

Insert frozen nutella in the centre of cookie dough. Then roll the cookie nnd flatten it a little bit. Repeat the process..

Top it up with some chocolate chips and put it in a plate in pre heated kadhai. (Baking process same as previous cookie).

Cook it on low flame for 20 mns. Serve it after cooling it on room temperature..
You could even add in some finely chopped, toasted hazelnuts for one.
These cookies are super easy to make.
