There are many quick snacks which are made with potatoes like Aloo pakora, French fries, Potato wedges etc and this is one such quick and tasty snack. Ingredients of Potato chips (Maru bhajiya)

  1. You need 6 tbsp of chickpea flour.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of corn starch.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of grated ginger.
  6. You need 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.

  10. You need 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of thai chilli.
  12. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  13. It's of Chutney.
  14. You need 1/4 cup of chopped cucumber.
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of relish.
  16. You need 1/4 cup of chopped onions.
  17. Prepare 3/4 cup of chopped tomatoes.
  18. It's 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix..
  2. Put potatoes in the mixture and leave it for 5 minutes, so the mixture soak the water from potatoes. Add no water. Deep fry the potatoes in oil..
  3. Serve them with chutney. For chutney, blend all the ingredients together to acquire a sweet and soury taste. Enjoy!!.
