Overnight chia seed oatmeal couldn't be an easier breakfast. It's sweet and crunchy and it's ready right when you wake up. The oats become soft and creamy by morning, just like slow-cooked oatmeal. Then cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least I'm going to try and add Maca next go.
