  4. mix 2 stock cubes to 500ml of boiling water until they desolve then add the seasonings then add to the pan..
  5. top up the rest ov the pan with cold water. so all the veg and meat is covered..
  6. Bring to the boil for 20mins.
  7. Turn down to simmer, i usually simmer for roughly 2hours..
  8. Taste and add more seasonings should you wish..
  9. Slice up your French Stick.
  10. Plate up and ENJOY!!!!.
